Uniqcli does not sponsor visas for this position.\r\nWork remote temporarily due to COVID-19.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAssist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites using Webflow and Framer.\r\nCreate and manage CMS collections, content structures, and dynamic templates.\r\nTranslate design hand-offs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, interactive web experiences.\r\nTest and debug websites for cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior.\r\nEnsure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards.\r\nCollaborate with senior developers and designers to deliver projects on schedule.\r\nDocument workflows, content models, and CMS configurations.\r\nContribute to iterative improvements in front-end performance and SEO.\r\nLearn and apply best practices in web security, accessibility, and optimization.\r\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)\r\nU.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR).\r\nLegally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).\r\nFamiliarity with Webflow CMS and/or Framer for website building.\r\nUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.\r\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and accept feedback.\r\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\r\nEagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a professional setting.\r\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)\r\nPrior experience or coursework in web development or digital design.\r\nExposure to SEO optimization, analytics integration, or schema markup.\r\nFamiliarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.\r\nExperience working on projects for small businesses, nonprofits, or government contracts.\r\nDrug Free Workplace\r\nUniqcli is a Drug Free Workplace.
