If you want to work on hard problems that matter, alongside people who care deeply about the mission (and each other), we'd love to meet you.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for our first engineer focused on infrastructure to start and lead Infra at Amperos. You’ll get to own dev ops, dev experience, compliance, observability, monitoring for our AWS stack. You’ll get to work on new challenges that come with AI infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead this team as we grow and specialize within this team.\nWhat you’ll do\nSet up Amperos infrastructure to support the next wave of growth\nMaintain & improve AWS infra, increase dev velocity, and build reusable engineering rails\nBuild systems that help us build AI features faster and improve LLM observability\nReduce AWS spend and build better observability on infra costs\nLead security and technical compliance efforts (ie. VPNs, firewalls, networking)\nAutomate compliance processes with AI agents\nWho we’re looking for\n5+ years of experience working on/leading infrastructure teams at top companies\nAble to identify highest ROI engineering infra issues from day one and build a roadmap to improve our engineering infrastructure\nAble to lead engineering discussions effectively and articulate the impact of infra initiatives\nWilling to wear different hats and do whatever is necessary. No task is beneath us.\nHigh agency. You don’t need much instruction to create results. You pride yourself on being able to just figure things out.\nGreat communicator both verbally and written.
