Surveillance Investigator (1099 – Part-Time / As Needed)

We are seeking two experienced and reliable Surveillance Investigators to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in covert surveillance operations.  We are looking for investigators who take pride in their work, understand the importance of discretion, and can consistently produce high-quality results in the field.Position Type:1099 Independent ContractorPart-time / As neededOpportunity for future W-2 employment for qualified candidates that demonstrate exemplary performanceCompensation:$20–$30 per hour, depending on experienceFour-hour minimum per assignmentMileage reimbursementEquipment kit fee provided per assignmentMemory cards and data storage reimbursedKey Responsibilities:Conduct covert surveillance in support of investigative casesCapture high-quality video and photographic evidenceMaintain detailed, accurate field notes and reportsOperate discreetly while adhering to legal and ethical standardsAdapt to diverse environments and extended surveillance periodsMinimum Requirements:Active Georgia Private Investigator license in good standingNo pending investigations with the Georgia Secretary of State or licensing boardValid Georgia driver’s license with a good driving recordMust be a United States citizenMust be at least 18 years of ageMinimum of 1 year of surveillance experience (investigative or comparable field)Minimum of two professional references from prior employersStrong observational and documentation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize workload effectivelyProfessional-grade surveillance equipment required, including: Camera with telescopic lens Discreet recording devices Other standard surveillance tools (Cell phone recording alone is not acceptable)Ability to work flexible hours, including: Day shift Night shift Overnight assignments Weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Member of GAPPI (Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators)Prior military experiencePrior law enforcement experience
