The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, conducting site visits, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers, clients, and suppliers. Additional responsibilities include preparing bid proposals, managing project budgets, and coordinating timelines to ensure successful project execution.QualificationsExperience in Construction Estimating and a strong understanding of reading and interpreting plans and specificationsKnowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and application methodsBudgeting and Project Management expertise, with the ability to manage costs and schedules effectivelyStrong Communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and interdisciplinary teamsAttention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficiency with estimating software, project management tools, and relevant computer applicationsFamiliarity with local construction codes and safety regulationsMust have experience with the EDGE Estimating Software.
