provide support to operations and account teams to remediate missed SLAs for security awareness, termination of accounts\nGather and provide the technical security evidence to regional directors and manager for presentation during internal and client audits; partner with fraud team to investigate incidents of fraud and respond to EthicsPoint incidents, communicating with the client on resolution of incidents; work with operations team to ensure physical security controls are in place and Site Security Questionnaires are completed; monitor and close CAPA items related to audit findings and SSQs.\nParticipate in Enterprise Change Management Reviews for client requested changes, ensuring security risks introduced to the environment from requested changes are minimized or reduced.\nCommunicate effectively to provide internal and client-facing quality deliverables with regards to best practices or new frontiers in security.\nQualifications\nFour-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly desired\n1+ years in technology, cybersecurity or risk governance roles interfacing with global clients on complex technology solutions or security consulting.\nCISSP and/or CISM and/or CISA preferred, willingness to obtain certification required for advancement in this department\nExperience responding and collaborating with internal partners and clients in a timely manner across international time zones\nMust have backgrounds in network and/or server planning and design, implementation, and operations, with additional focus on one of more areas of security design\nAbility to apply business and technology skills with structured methodologies to deliver solutions to the customer, conduct solution demonstrations and technical presentations\n.\nWorking knowledge of Common Security Frameworks (ISO 27000 series, SSAE 18, NIST SP 800 series, etc)\nWorking knowledge of Privacy Frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PIPEDA, etc)\nWorking knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) framework and controls\nOther industry and country security requirements as required to support clients in the region supported\nAbility to appropriately handle critical information and sensitive information\nEffectively use Microsoft Office products, including Visio, in communication delivery\nEffective organization and communications skills\nSelf-motivated, directed and well-organized capable of working in a complex security environment with multiple local and international security requirements\nAbility to contribute security and apply security principles into the design of client IT solutions\nReview and contribute security expertise to client requested changes in the Enterprise Change Management process\nInput into enterprise security design based on client changes or requirements\nInput into other areas of security as client requirements evolve\nSalary Range\nThe base pay range for this position in the United States is $50,000.00 - 60,000.00 per year;
