Advanced degrees and/or other professional certifications are a plus.Hands on experience gained through at least 1 year in a software development role.Proficiency in C#/.NET (including .NET Core) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).Recent experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams, as both a practitioner and an adherent, using Jira/Confluence.Ability to perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues.Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the job location.Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months.Preferred qualifications:Familiarity with event-driven programming (RabbitMQ or similar).Basic PowerShell for scripting/automation.Experience in financial industry-specific technologies, such as FIX messaging, market data APIs, and trade order management systems (OMS).Control-M (job scheduling).SonarQube or Veracode for code quality/security.Knowledge of Splunk (monitoring/log analysis).Experience with cloud technologies; AWS, GCP, or PCF will be a plus.Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.Selection Process 1. Technical interview by Quintrix and online assessment.2.
