They are in search of a Grinder.\n\n2nd Shift\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nClean, mount, and set chasers in proper holders\nGrind or regrind cutting blades\nMaintain inventory (chasers, blades, grinding wheels, holders, etc.)\nMaintain and do minor repairs on grinding equipment (grinders, attachments, chaser holders, etc.)\nCheck angles on chasers with a protractor and / or comparator\nPrioritize and organize work load\nPrioritize grinding based on tooling inventory\nOther responsibilities can be assigned as needed to ensure the success of the Manufacturing Dept. and company as a whole\nAnything else that is needed to keep the entire manufacturing operation performing efficiently\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh school graduate, G.E.D., or equivalent preferred.\nAbility to do basic high school level math.\nBasic computer skills including general PC operation in Windows and data entry\nAble to read scale / rulers, micrometers, and calipers\nExcellent work habits including punctuality, attendance, and work ethic\nAbility to work individually and with others to continuously improve our company.\nStanding, bending for entire shift.
