This role is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on accurate execution of established HR procedures under guidance from HR leadership.Role And ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HCM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentialitySupport onboarding and offboarding activities, including creation of first week orientation schedules, document collection, system entries, and checklist completionRespond to routing employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, benefits, and payrollAssist with personnel file maintenance, audits, and compliance documentation (e.g., I-9’s)Prepare routine HR reports as requestedAssist with regular payroll processing by accurately entering employee data, time records, deductions, and adjustmentsReview payroll reports for errors and escalate discrepancies to HR leadershipProcess standard payroll changes (new hires, terminations, rate changes)Respond to standard employee payroll questions and resolve routine issuesSupport benefits enrollment, changes, and termination in the benefits and HCM platformsAssist with open enrollment preparation, communications, and data auditsCoordinate with benefits vendors under direction to resolve basic eligibility and enrollment issuesPerforms other duties as assigned.Desired Skills And QualificationsThe successful candidate should have the following qualifications:Working knowledge of, or familiarity with, employment laws and regulationsAbility to demonstrate a high level of discretion when handling confidential informationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient organizational and time-management skillsCustomer service mindset with professional communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel)Education And ExperienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study (or a combination of equivalent education and experience)Minimum of three years of experience in a HR operations, generalist, payroll, or benefits support roleExperience using a Human Capital Management (HCM) system like Paycor, Paylocity, or BambooWhat DiCello Levitt OffersSalary Range: TBDSalary is dependent on experience and location.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package, effective the first day of the month following your start date: medical, dental, visionHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life InsuranceAdditional Insurance Plans: Life and AD&D and Short-Term Disability plans401(k) retirement savings plan with 3% employer contributionTime Off:Personal Time Off (PTO)Sick Leave Time (SLT)10 Paid Holidays AnnuallyDiCello Levitt LLP is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination.
