This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring all work meets company standards, building codes, and client expectations. The position combines field inspections, contractor management, quality control, and warranty resolution to deliver high-quality flooring installations.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nVerify and track installations and repairs with crews of contractors\nPoint person for field communication with customers and installation crews handling installations and repairs.\nManage contractors during installation and repair services\nPerform Pre-Walk jobsite inspections prior to installation to ensure a quality install\nJob site testing and measuring of substrates prior to installation to assure city codes and installation guidelines are met.\nPerform Post-Walk jobsite inspections after installation for quality control\nPerform occupied inspections on warranty issues and define actions / scope of work needed to resolve warranty claims\nCommunicate with Builder Superintendents and Warranty Managers on the results of all Pre / Post Walk results and Inspections.\nMaintain strong, positive working relationships with Superintendents, Warranty and Construction Managers.\nHelping other team members when needed\nPerform monthly inventory counts of area warehouses\n\nIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree or other relevant business experience\nExperience with customer service and interaction.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail.\nStrong team player.\nExperience with construction jobsite conditions and safety requirements\nAbility to measure and calculate square and linear footage\nProficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.\nWillingness to learn.\nPositive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times.\nPossess strong problem-solving skills.\nPossess strong time management skills.\nNot intimidated by social interaction on the phone or in person.\n\n(IMPORTANT)\nCompletion of the PI Behavioral Assessment is a required part of our hiring process.
