Requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.\nKey Responsibilities\n• Assembly & wiring — Build enclosures, frames, bus structures, and subassemblies per mechanical and layout drawings, BOMs, and work instructions. Install breakers, contactors, relays, transformers, terminal blocks, and DIN rail-mounted devices.\n• Fit, finish & verification — Verify placement, orientation, and secure mounting prior to wiring and testing. Perform visual and dimensional inspections; rework assemblies to correct discrepancies.\n• Quality & documentation — Complete production documentation, checklists, and inspection records accurately and on time. Support in-process, final, and customer inspections, and ISO audits.\n• Troubleshooting — Identify fitment issues, hardware problems, and component conflicts; escalate missing, incorrect, or damaged components. Assist wiremen, technicians, and engineers, and communicate drawing discrepancies to engineering and production leadership.\n• Safety & compliance — Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and proper tool usage.
