This position designs, develops, and maintains full-stack business applications and system integrations that support core operations. The role also develops REST API integrations between internal and third-party systems to improve data integrity and streamline workflows, while partnering with business users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and contributing to ongoing improvements in development practices.\r\nPrimary Accountabilities:\r\nTake personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain internal business applications that support company operations and workflows.\r\nCreates and maintains integrations between key business applications.\r\nEngages business users to translate operational needs into well-designed technical solutions.\r\nQualifications:\r\nHistory of progressively more responsible leadership experience and proven results including:\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience\r\n35 years of professional experience developing business applications using.NET (C#) and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred)\r\nExperience with relational databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL)\r\nExperience building or consuming RESTful APIs\r\nProficiency in Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio,.NET, JS, CSS, HTML\r\nExperience deploying applications in Microsoft Azure preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD processes preferred.\r\nExperience working with cloud-based SaaS integrations preferred.\r\nUnderstand of database design principles and performance tuning basics.\r\nStrong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work.\r\nDeveloped skills (written, oral, and listening) to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful and lasting relationships.\r\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities\r\nAbility to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nEstimated Pay: $87,000.00 - $140,000.00\r\nBenefits:\r\nMedical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance\r\nHealth Savings Account\r\n401(k)\r\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Dependent & Medical Reimbursement)\r\nPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays\r\nTuition Assistance Program\r\nEmployee Referral Bonus\r\nAdolfson & Peterson Construction's (AP) ability to adapt and innovate has driven our success for more than 75 years.
