This remote role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare scheduling, case coordination, customer service, or administrative operations who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAs a Case Coordinator, you will oversee the referral process from initial case setup through scheduling, documentation, and report delivery. You will serve as an important point of contact for clients, examinees, and evaluating experts while helping ensure each case progresses accurately and efficiently.\n\nResponsibilities\nManage referrals, pre-referrals, case setup, and evaluation scheduling\nPrepare service estimates and obtain client approval\nCommunicate with clients, examinees, and medical or mental health experts\nCoordinate case documentation and support timely report delivery\nMaintain accurate records using internal case management and telehealth systems\nRespond to incoming calls and provide professional customer service\nProvide backup support to other Case Coordinators and assist with departmental projects\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in case coordination, healthcare scheduling, customer service, or administrative support\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF applications\nExperience with disability services, employer services, or medical/mental health evaluation scheduling is preferred\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off, holidays, and a floating holiday\n401(k) with employer matching\nCompany-paid life insurance and additional voluntary benefits\nTuition reimbursement and student loan repayment assistance\nPaid parental leave\nNo on-call responsibilities\nLocation Notice: We are not currently considering candidates residing in New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington State.\n\nThe IMA Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer\nOur Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services.
