Experience with wireless infrastructure provider and/or operator is desired.\nA solid understanding of RF fundamentals and data network protocols\nStrong technical knowledge of CDMA/EVDO and LTE/Volte/5G technologies\nMust have a strong work ethic, integrity and work extremely well in a team environment\nMust have an aptitude for creativity and innovation\nAdvanced working knowledge of Base Station Vendor equipment (Samsung, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson) • Strong interpersonal communication skills\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment\nThorough understanding of different NR Architecture types and configurations, node and interface functions etc.\nUnderstand 3GPP standards release 15&16 radio features, enhancements and condense high level RF specifications into features and interworking between multiple technologies, compliance with 5G SA/NSA networks with use cases involving Embb, Mmtc and URLLC is required\nGood knowledge on wireless infrastructure architectures and air interface standards for NR/LTE and MAC layer and L1/L2/L3/X2 protocols, call flow and functions, QoS parameters\nAdvanced understanding on existing and emerging concepts such as Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, New Waveforms, LTE-NR interworking and co-existence, DSS, 5G numerologies and use cases\nExperienced with different NR frequency bands for eg.
