With your inquisitiveness as a strength, you will thrive as a Program Manager in Special projects because we are constantly doing things that have never been done before, and that, after all, is what makes this an amazing place to work.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nExperience driving very large, complex software system development and integration.\n\nAt least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA)\n\nStrong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplines.\n\nExcellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables.\n\nSelf motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking.\n\nExceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers.\n\nAbility to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audience.\n\nFlexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audience.\n\nCan influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBS Computer Engineering, Computer Science degree or equivalent required.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase pay for this role is between $146,300 and $291,400, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. You may also become an Apple shareholder through discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
