We are headquartered in Minnesota, with locations in Arizona and Ohio.\r\nHow You Contribute to The TeamThe Material Handler II is responsible for receiving raw materials and performing fulfillment of materials needed for front-end production.\r\nOperate forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\r\nMaintain flow of raw materials to and from each work area on the front side of production.\r\nEnsure machine operators have correct raw materials loaded in cages.\r\nMaximize production output by anticipating and managing raw material replenishment.\r\nUnload, inspect, mark, tag, record and verify all inbound raw material shipments.\r\nHandle 2,000-pound coils with critical care and safety.\r\nWeigh and record scrap at the end of each shift from each machine.\r\nWhat You Need to SucceedHigh school diploma or GED.\r\nPost-secondary education in manufacturing, business, or related field preferred.\r\nMinimum of three (3) years of material handling experience.\r\nExperience with manufacturing processes, production scheduling and inventory management required.\r\nAbility to obtain forklift certification and demonstrate safe forklift driving.\r\nHigh level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills.\r\nStrong communication skills.\r\nDependability and a willingness to learn.\r\nTeam members are paid weekly. The target hourly pay range is $23.75 - $27.75 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location.
