Attractions Operator (18 years of age or older)

Operate various attractions following Standard Operating Procedures while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times.
Deliver Guest Excellence being knowledgeable about the attractions and park.
Maintain constant attention and focus.
Operate attractions following Standard Operating Procedures.
Enforce participant requirements and attraction rules.
Execute emergency procedures, to include crowd control, as necessary.
Communicate via public address systems, radios and telephones.
Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to initiate and maintain interactions with Guests.
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently
manage time and work without direct supervision.
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
Ability to work in high stress situations.
Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
