Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and are a good fit for the team may be considered for a full-time permanent position as business needs allow.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nEmployee Records & HRIS Administration\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.\nProcess employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.\nAudit employee data and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nAssist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.\nOnboarding & Compliance\nCoordinate and process all new hire documentation.\nComplete HRIS setup and onboarding activities.\nReview and verify I-9 documentation and employment eligibility requirements.\nCoordinate and monitor background screenings and pre-employment requirements.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company employment requirements.\nBenefits Administration\nAssist with health and welfare benefit administration, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations.\nSubmit employee eligibility information to benefit vendors and carriers.\nAssist with monthly benefit invoice reconciliation and auditing.\nRespond to employee benefit inquiries and provide general guidance regarding available benefit programs.\nEmployee Support\nServe as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and employment-related matters.\nProvide timely and professional customer service to employees, managers, and external partners.\nMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.\nProcess Improvement\nConduct audits of HRIS, benefits, payroll, and related systems to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.\nEvaluate existing HR processes and recommend efficiencies and improvements.\nSupport special projects and initiatives as assigned.\nQualificationsRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of one year of administrative or office experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nStrong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.\nAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nPreferred\nAssociate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrevious Human Resources experience.\nExperience with HRIS platforms.\nExperience with Kronos-based software.\nExperience with Scissortail HCM strongly preferred.\nKnowledge of HR, benefits, payroll, and employment practices.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong customer service mindset.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nCommitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nBenefits\nFrontier Integrity Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nShort-Term Disability Coverage\nLife and Voluntary Benefits\nGenerous Paid Time Off Program\nEmployee Assistance Resources\nProfessional and Team-Oriented Work Environment\nApply Today\nFrontier Integrity Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
