We are seeking a chef who brings both skill and heart to the kitchen—someone who enjoys leading from the front, inspiring others, and delivering food that feels thoughtful, seasonal, and genuinely welcoming.
About the Role
AsChef de Cuisine , you'll play a central leadership role in the day-to-day culinary operation—supporting menu creativity, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency, and helping cultivate a kitchen culture where people are proud of their work and enjoy coming together as a team.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a chef who values excellence but also understands the importance of warmth, mentorship, and Member connection.

Lead and inspire a dedicated culinary team

Partner closely with service leaders to create seamless experiences
Support a culture built on respect, teamwork, and pride in hospitality
We believe the best kitchens are built on collaboration, encouragement, and shared standards of excellence. Private club, resort, or upscale dining experience is preferred.
