The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communication, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations.Qualifications Office management skills, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining accurate recordsStrong proficiency in written and verbal communication, email correspondence, and professional documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related softwareAttention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyCustomer service and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external contactsFamiliarity with the commercial flooring industry or similar industries is a plus.Pay: $50,000-$65,000 a year depending on experience
