A company is looking for a Director, Customer Health Center of Excellence. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the global Customer Health Center of Excellence, defining customer health strategy and standards Lead global customer journey mapping and partner with stakeholders to enhance customer experience Own the global Voice of Customer strategy and deliver insights to executive leadership on customer health and sentiment Qualifications 10+ years of experience in customer success, customer experience, operations, strategy, or analytics roles in global organizations Demonstrated success in building or scaling a Center of Excellence or global CX program Deep experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight and lifecycle analytics Proven ability to lead through influence across regions and matrixed teams Global mindset with a balance of standardization and regional flexibility
