Incoming Quality Control (IQC)\r\nDevelop and executeIQC inspection and testing plansfor incoming materials and components\r\nInspect and test:\r\nFabrics and textiles\r\nFoams and padding\r\nWebbing, fasteners, zippers, hardware, and trims\r\nValidate supplier materials against:\r\nTechnical specifications\r\nTest methods\r\nApproved samples / golden references\r\nDocument non‑conformances and drive supplier corrective actions (CAPA)\r\n4. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)\r\nPerformOQC inspections and functional testingon finished softgoods products\r\nEnsure compliance with:\r\nQuality standards\r\nCosmetic requirements\r\nFunctional and performance criteria\r\nSupport final audit activities prior to shipment\r\nApprove or block shipments based on inspection results\r\n5. Documentation & Reporting\r\nAuthor and maintain:\r\nTest plans and protocols\r\nTest reports and inspection records\r\nOK2Ship checklists and sign‑off documents\r\nMaintain traceability betweenrequirements, test results, and final approval status\r\nClearly communicate risks, defects, and testing outcomes to cross‑functional teams\r\n6.
