This role will focus on building AI agents, conversational AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and machine learning solutions that operate at production scale. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), PyTorch, and modern AI application development.Top Must Have Skills6+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions using Python.6+ years of experience building and optimizing machine learning models with PyTorch.Strong experience designing and deploying AI agents, autonomous systems, and LLM-powered applications.Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and prompt engineering.Experience building conversational AI solutions, such as chatbots and voice-based customer service applications.Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and modern LLM capabilities.Experience evaluating and implementing LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta, with consideration for accuracy, latency, cost, and user experience.Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and services. Additional QualificationsProficiency in Kotlin.Full-stack software development experience across frontend and backend technologies.Experience building cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and Kafka for service communication and event-driven systems.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with AI frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar platforms.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and software delivery best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI agents and autonomous systems capable of complex task execution, reasoning, and decision-making.Build conversational AI solutions, including chatbot and voice-based customer support experiences.Create and maintain AI-powered integrations across applications, platforms, and services.Develop, optimize, and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve AI application performance and reliability.Implement, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using PyTorch.Assess, select, and deploy appropriate large language models based on business and technical requirements, balancing performance, latency, cost, and user experience.Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.Architect, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.Monitor AI solution effectiveness and continuously improve model quality, system efficiency, and end-user experience.Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality standards, and operational excellence across AI development initiatives.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
