This role combines strong program leadership with organizational influence to drive transformational initiatives that enhance end-to-end product lifecycle connectivity, operational efficiency, and cost performance. The successful candidate will build and develop a high‑performing team, cultivate talent, and create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This leader will collaborate cross‑functionally across engineering, operations, IT, and business stakeholders to define and execute a long‑term systems vision aligned with organizational goals.
