The OpportunityJoin Adobe as a Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst and be at the forefront of building our sales strategy and motion for our AI-first emerging solutions and innovation. You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales to build a repeatable baseline motion so our innovation can reach scale. You will partner closely with sales leaders to evaluate messaging, product readiness, ecosystem and sales execution gaps, developing plans and benchmarks to drive toward success. You will be pivotal in advancing the GTM of this solution group and integrating AI efficiency into our sales operations.What you'll DoUse strong business judgment to conduct analysis on solution performance, partner with sales leaders to build solution-specific action plans to ensure we meet our company goals, and drive accountability for execution.Own the cadence and run the business for your solution group, focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Adobe's business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve world-class results.Identify, manage, and resolve operational challenges efficiently, ensuring smooth sales operations.Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline current sales operations processes.What you need to succeedStrong business acumen and ability to diagnose health of the business.Proven strength in leading cross-functional problem solving and program management and in navigating ambiguity.Strong operational background, comfortable with ambiguity and deep on product go-to-market strategies.Strong analytical skills with the capability to leverage data to influence decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Strong AI proficiency.MBA preferred, but not required.Expected Pay RangeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,100 – $220,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $152,400 – $220,650.
