The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of software development practices and will use that knowledge and experience to create functional, elegant, and maintainable solutions to complex technical challenges. This position requires a commitment to quality and attention to detail. The projects this person works on will enable Mascoma Bank to meet business needs and maintain a technical competitive advantage in the financial industry.\nRequirements:\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to design, code, test and deploy software that meets Mascoma Bank’s needs regarding functionality, safety, and performance.\nWrite code (independently or with team members) that is clean, robust, and maintainable.\nWrite and run automated tests to ensure continued proper functioning of software.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nLog work, decisions, and other relevant information in team tracking software.\nParticipate in team planning sessions and development review meetings.
