This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Microsoft Power Platform, system integrations, and enterprise solution architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with clients to understand business goals, operational challenges, and technical requirements, translating them into scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions.\nLead all phases of Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including discovery, solution architecture, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production support.\nConduct workshops and discovery sessions to document business processes, functional requirements, and data needs.\nDevelop user journeys, process maps, solution designs, wireframes, architecture diagrams, and proof-of-concept solutions.\nDesign and oversee customizations, extensions, integrations, and configurations within the Dynamics 365 CE platform.\nDefine technical architecture for custom development, system integrations, and data migration while following Microsoft best practices.\nPresent tailored solution demonstrations that address client business objectives and technical requirements.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to define project scope and technical direction.\nProduce and maintain architecture documentation, implementation roadmaps, and technical design artifacts.\nSupport business development efforts through technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and client discussions.\nImprove delivery quality by promoting automation, reusable components, and best practices across development, testing, and deployment.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and potential issues early while recommending mitigation strategies.\nProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nTravel to client locations as needed for workshops, meetings, and project activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of seven years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.\nExperience serving as the Solution Architect for at least one full Dynamics 365 implementation.\nFive or more years of enterprise experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 environments.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate business requirements and design scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.\nStrong understanding of enterprise CRM architecture, solution design, and implementation best practices.\nExperience building business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nProficiency with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, custom plug-ins, and related Microsoft technologies.\nExperience managing complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects from requirements gathering through production support.\nStrong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.\nWillingness to travel up to 25% based on project requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with a Big Four consulting firm, a comparable consulting organization, or a Microsoft Solutions Partner.\nExperience supporting public sector or government clients.\nFamiliarity with Agile or Hybrid Agile delivery methodologies.\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.\nInterested candidates may apply
