In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together.\nWhere you’ll be:\nThis position will be based in Springfield TN.\nAll about the role:\nAs Sr Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive or participate in assigned Manufacturing Engineering projects and new Product Industrialization projects This person will plan, design, develop, automate and implement manufacturing process/automations and equipment.\nAs this position encompasses various activities and you will have the opportunity to be involved in high technical level projects, we offer you growth and learning experience where you can maximize both your professional and social skill set. In exchange, we count on your commitment, curiosity and eagerness to create added value.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelopment, optimization and preparation of layouts, process and metal parts industrialization.\nResponsible for development/implementation of advanced metal stamping, cut, bend and conformation equipment.\nProvide support for R&D in development products and will introduce them at manufacturing according to Global guidelines and Electrolux requirements.\nResponsible by DfMA analysis for new products and platforms.\nGuarantee the best manufacturing cost performance, safety requirements and quality to any new implementation (Process and machines).\nWork with continuous improvement, and be familiar with KPIs as OEE, MTTR and MTBF.\nQualifications and preferred qualifications:\nCost and project feasibility.\nLean Manufacturing.\nProduction Engineering and Process know-how capabilities of automated assembly equipment.\nHydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.\nErgonomic, time and Methods / MTM\nStrong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.\nSelf-motivated, action – oriented individual.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (preferable Mechanical).
