Farnsworth & Mullins, PA, CPA's, a full-service CPA firm located in Lakeland, FL, provides tax, accounting, bookkeeping support and business consulting services for a diverse roster of clients. We’re seeking a motivated team player with experience managing clients and staff to lead tax engagements for small to mid-size, privately held businesses and high net worth individuals. Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex corporate, individual, partnership, trust and estate tax returns for multi-state, multi-entity clients. Lead engagements in all phases of accounting including tax planning and research. Serve as a senior-level tax consultant while providing strategic tax guidance. Develop and cultivate professional client relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting 4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience progressing in scope and responsibilities. CPA license required. Experience in staff supervision and effectively managing client relationships. Ability to juggle priorities, work effectively within a team-oriented environment and interact professionally with client and all levels of staff. What’s important to us?
