Retail and Driver Ambassador

What You'll Do: Serve as a Retail Ambassador for the company's Nosh2Go project, working generally between 6 AM - 12 AM or other hours as designated. Duties include meal pickup and return, point-of-sale tasks at vending locations, customer interactions, and other related duties as needed. Hours are scheduled in advance and can vary by day, including some holidays, as mutually agreed. Receive a per-hour rate with potential for pay increases based on shift milestones. Requirements: A valid driver’s license (do not need commercial license), access to a reliable vehicle (high capacity preferred), and insurance coverage. A working smartphone with a stable internet connection and ability to use hotspot, and a laptop (preferably, but not necessary). Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and coordinate with the team. Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous demeanor. Reliability and a positive, teamwork-oriented attitude. What You'll Bring: Past management or leadership experience is preferred but not required. A demonstrated desire to learn, lead, and problem-solve. Speed, consistency, and accuracy in all tasks. Reliability, a good teamwork attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility. The ability to take organized notes and communicate effectively and authentically. The ability to operate independently, proactively, and cross-functionally with teams across the organization. A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work with minimal supervision, while showing excellent judgment on when to seek guidance.
