We’re currently looking for warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Your Role at Wired Behavior: Work one-on-one with neurodivergent children in their homes to implement customized ABA therapy plan Collect data with care and accuracy Follow behavior plans created by our amazing BCBAs Collaborate with families and team members with kindness and professionalism Be part of monthly check-ins, team meetings, and a company that actually values your voice What You Need: A current RBT Certification through the BACB High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred, especially psych/education related!) Reliable transportation (services are provided in-home) A playful, curious, and patient heart Open communication, ethical standards, and a collaborative spirit Hours & Compensation: $19–$26/hour depending on experience Weekday afternoon availability preferred (we love people who can commit to consistency!)
