This position directly supervises ODC production employees in on-site manufacturing and production activities, fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.\r\nQualifications and Experience\r\nAssociate degree in Business Management or related fields preferred\r\n3 years practical work flow scheduling, purchasing, and customer service experience\r\nIndustrial and/or supervisory experience a must\r\nMechanical aptitude preferred\r\nProcurement and negotiating experience preferred\r\nAdvanced computer skills needed\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAccountable for inventory management\r\nProduction planning and the efficient use of resources to ensure operational goals are achieved.\r\nMeeting production targets\r\nMaintaining workplace safety standards\r\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer deadlines, quality standards, and operational goals while making independent day-to-day production decisions.\r\nMonitor production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and established quality standards.\r\nNegotiate, procure, and manage production-related inventory and materials to support efficient operations and minimize waste.\r\nPerform material handling and production work as needed to support workflow demands and customer commitments.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.\r\nExercise authority and responsibility to stop production when safety or quality concerns arise and take appropriate corrective action.\r\nDirect and oversee testing, diagnosis, repair, and ongoing maintenance of all production equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.\r\nParticipate in Safety Committee meetings and capital and maintenance planning activities to support continuous improvement and long-term operational success.\r\nMaintain a valid driver's license and operate company vehicles as required.\r\nBe available to respond to emergency situations and operational needs outside of regular business hours as necessary.\r\nRequirements\r\nAbility to produce at required rate and quality of assigned job.\r\nAbility to facilitate and respond to verbal, written, computerized, fax communications.\r\nAbility to operate production electrical/motor driven equipment and machinery.\r\nMobility to access various locations within ODC facility.\r\nAbility to perform quality inspection according to ODC's and/or customer's requirements.\r\nBending, squatting, twisting, reaching, standing, sitting, walking frequently required.\r\nLifting 25–35 lbs frequently – up to 60 lbs occasionally.\r\nBenefits\r\nGreat Work/Life Balance with Generous PTO and Paid Holidays\r\nFull Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance\r\n401(k) with 4% Company Match\r\nEmployee Assistance Program\r\nGym Membership Reimbursement\r\nDependent Care Flex Spending Accounts to help you save on Daycare Costs\r\nPet Insurance\r\nScheduler\r\nMonday – Friday\r\n7:00 am – 3:30 pm\r\nHere at ODC, we are dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to achieve their work and life goals.
