Responsibilities What You'll Do Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in everyday tasks Maintain productivity standards and ensure accurate documentation Be an integral part of a compassionate interdisciplinary team Build meaningful connections with residents and their families Qualifications What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program Hold a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome! xywuqvp ) Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is great-but not required!
