Job Title: Project Coordinator IDuration: 12+ Month Contract Possible ExtensionLocation: Cadillac, Traverse City, OR Boyne City, MI (Hybrid – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office)Some time spent out in field to meet with customers.Department:Team of 13 – team covers Cadillac, Traverse City, Boyne City, and Ludington areas.Supports execution of new and existing project requests for customers.Works with a vast variety of construction companies and investors they support one on one. Responsibilities:Planning and executing new and existing projects for customersManaging schedules, budgets, and follow-through with customers and teams performing the workGathering scopes for projects and handling them through initiation, design, and construction phasesWorking with design, construction, and field employeesRequired Skills:Coordination experience requiredUtilities/electric experience desirableConstruction knowledge desirableOpen to candidates from telecom, water, and oil/gas industriesInterview Process: ASAP
