Provide program/project schedules and status reports. Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented. Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required. Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project.Key projects: involves working with the philanthropies program and business stakeholders to understand systems and tools, create business requirement documents, understand program initiatives, and communicate with engineering teams. The team aims to handle high-stakeholder environments and fast-paced requirements effectivelyCandidate RequirementsYears of Experience Required: 4 overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required: A degree is required to be eligible for this role.Disqualifiers: No Portfolios or work samples they have done from previous job, Lack of experience in handling high-stakeholder environments and fast-paced requirements. Inability to work independently without constant guidance. Insufficient experience in creating documentation and executing test plans.Best vs. Average: Experience with Microsoft Engineering teams and business teams is preferred. Ability to create business requirement documents, understand program initiatives, engineering teams and business stakeholders. Portfolios and work samples would be beneficial to review them. Prefer 5+ years' of demonstrated corporate experience in Program and Project Management in the field of information management, solution management or related fields. Leading the development and deployment of business analytics solutions and complex business intelligence solutions.Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to work fast paced environment and quality of work.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of ExperienceMinimum 4+ years experience with Test plan for projects and program needs.Minimum 4+ years experience with mockups.Minimum 4+ years experience with Proficiency in creating documentation (Word, Excel, Visio)Engage with all Philanthropies Business Groups, to guide process improvement efforts and information lifecycle solutions.Understand new program initiatives and project requests to define and scope the effort.Learn and understand the end-to-end business processes to ensure delivered solutions solve root cause and meet customer requirements.Learn and familiarize with a broad range of tools/systems and solutions that built for supporting different programs.Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for changeGather and prioritize business and information lifecycle requirements to ensure successful delivery of the solution.Lead and own the day-to-day operational aspects of program and project management for each project assigned.
