At AMS, programs do not always begin with perfect data, stable suppliers, or simple schedules. This role will step into active work that may include open orders, incomplete technical data, supplier constraints, and customers who expect reliable delivery. The Program Manager's responsibility is to bring clarity, accountability, and momentum where those conditions do not naturally exist. This role sits at the center of program execution and is accountable for ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met across assigned programs—not only by tracking performance, but by driving the actions required to achieve results.
