All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, status as a protected veteran, or status as a qualified individual with a disability.\nThe Validation Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting validation activities for automotive electronic systems and control modules.\nThe role involves creating and maintaining test plans, and specifications, coordinating testing activities, debugging validation issues, and ensuring all validation activities meet customer and internal quality standards.\nThe position requires strong technical, operational, and interpersonal skills, as the individual will function as the “eyes and ears” of Formel D on-site.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities Coordination with project stakeholders for the planning, control and monitoring of test activities.\nIn your role, you represent the link between our customers and project teams and maintain a holistic overview of the current project status.\nYou react agilely to changes in the project and, if necessary, take measures to achieve the project goals, taking into account the customer's wishes.\nYou proactively participate in various committees and lead independently subject‑specific meetings.\nThanks to your experience, you will be able to develop test specifications, implement and carry out the tests on various test instances, taking into account industry standards and regulations.\nYou will set timing schedules for chambers, testers, and validation resources and validate test benches with harnesses and samples.\nMonitor testing progress, results and perform troubleshooting of test bench issues.
