In this role, you will manage moderately scoped projects and processes, conduct engineering tests to diagnose and resolve Radar system anomalies such as REX, BSG, and Antenna/Sub‑Array/TRIMM issues. Travel will be required up to 50%.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nProvide technical support for Radar system issues and lead troubleshooting activities in response to site leadership priorities.\n\nEnsure compliance with QA and Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) reporting requirements by delivering accurate, complete, and timely documentation.\n\nDefine and execute data collection, reduction, and analysis requirements and procedures for Radar system performance.\n\nCommunicate system status to the end user and coordinate calibration and maintenance activities as required.\n\nAdhere to and ensure alignment to RTX Values and Behaviors.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\n\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.\n\nExperience leading field or range test activities.\n\nExperience with test instrumentation, telemetry, radar systems, communications systems, or weapons systems integration.\n\nCompTIA Security+ certification or willingness to complete certification within 90 days of hire.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\n\nPrior military or defense industry test range experience.\n\nExperience supporting DoD developmental test (DT) and operational test (OT) events.\n\nFamiliarity with missile systems, air defense systems, or command-and-control platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of systems engineering and test methodologies.\n\nExperience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.\n\nKnowledge of range safety and environmental compliance requirements.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
