Candidates with warehouse management system (WMS) experience are encouraged to apply, but training is available for motivated individuals.\r\nShift: MondayFriday | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week\r\nHourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, geographic location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\r\nEmployment Type: Temp-to-Hire\r\nFLSA Status: Non-Exempt\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nReceive incoming shipments and verify materials for accuracy and quality.\r\nPick customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems and RF handheld scanners.\r\nPack and prepare orders for domestic and international shipment.\r\nProcess shipping documentation and ensure orders are completed on time.\r\nOrganize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse records.\r\nSafely load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\r\nFollow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.\r\nCollaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.\r\nQualifications\r\nPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.\r\nExperience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus but not required.\r\nExperience with domestic and international shipping is preferred but not required.\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.\r\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.\r\nStrong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.\r\nForklift Training: Forklift experience is not required.
