In September 2021, PatBO opened its flagship store in NYC, in addition to debuting its S/S '22 runway collection at NYFW and has continued to participate in NYFW each season since its debut.SUMMARYWe’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Junior Operations & Project Associate to support daily office operations, facilities management, and cross-functional projects. This role sits at the intersection of administrative excellence and light project management, working closely with the VP of Commercial Sales and external vendors (including architects and facilities partners) to keep initiatives on track. This is an ideal role for a go-getter who takes ownership, thrives on structure, and enjoys being the person who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes. RESPONSIBILITIESOffice & Facilities SupportAssist with daily office upkeep, including supplies, mail, shipments, shared spaces, and office equipmentHelp coordinate with building management and facilities vendors for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and access requestsSupport basic IT setup and troubleshooting for new hires in coordination with the Brazil-based IT leadHelp ensure conference rooms and showroom spaces are organized and ready for meetings and appointmentsAdministrative & Operational SupportHelp organize and maintain administrative, legal, and operational documents and shared foldersAssist with scheduling meetings, maintaining internal calendars, and coordinating team logisticsSupport preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communicationsAssist with processing expense reports, vendor invoices, and operational payments, and help track budgetsSupport compliance with vendor contracts, leases, and internal approval processesProjects, Vendors & EventsSupport internal projects by helping track timelines, tasks, and next steps, and flag issues as neededAssist with coordination between internal teams and external vendorsHelp maintain project trackers and provide status updatesSupport planning and execution of key events (Market Week, NYFW, showroom appointments, influencer visits)Assist with coordinating samples, deliveries, and logisticsQUALIFICATIONS0-2 years of administrative, office coordination, operations, or similar experience (retail or fashion industry experience preferred)Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonalAbility to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
