This role partners with subject matter experts, project managers, and client teams to ensure reports, presentations, and technical documentation meet established templates, standards, and quality requirements while driving issues and action items to closure.\n\nDuties:\nReview client-facing reports, presentations, and technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established quality templates, style guides, standards, and checklists.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and client teams to identify and resolve deliverable quality issues and drive outstanding action items to closure.\nApply PMO practices to coordinate deliverables, track deadlines, identify issues and risks, and escalate delays or blockers as needed.\nProvide clear, actionable written and verbal feedback and support document coordination using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools.\nManage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, ethical standards, strong organization, and consistent team collaboration.\n\nMandatory Qualifications:\n5-9 years of excellent communication skills.\n5-9 years of PMO skills.\n2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, deliverable review, or project management within consulting, technology, or a related professional services environment.\nDemonstrated experience reviewing client-facing deliverables, including reports, presentations, and technical documentation, for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established quality templates, style guides, standards, and checklists.\nProven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, project managers, and client teams, to resolve quality issues.\nBachelor's degree in business, information technology, communications, language arts, or a related field.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and articulate gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in deliverables.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and drive outstanding action items to closure, including escalating delays and issues as needed.\nAbility to establish effective working relationships across teams and assist with driving pending action items to closure.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and familiarity with document management systems such as SharePoint and Teams.\nAbility to quickly learn new processes, tools, and client requirements.\nDemonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.\nWillingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as required.\nDemonstrated team-oriented performance, coordination, and collaboration.\n\nDesirable Qualifications:\nExperience implementing or supporting process improvements related to deliverable quality or project delivery.\nFamiliarity with Health and Human Services systems.\nA collaborative environment that values ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.\n\nReady to make a difference?\n\nWe’re eager to connect with qualified candidates committed to delivering results and fostering excellence within client projects.\n\nCloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
