Territory Sales Consultant
The TSC (Territory Sales Consultant) is responsible for achieving their monthly and annual sales goals through onboarding new business, while maintaining/growing existing business. Industry knowledge, ambition, organizational skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a strong sense of personal responsibility are keys to success! Each salesperson is expected to approach their work with perseverance and determination to succeed, as well as compassion and a desire to serve our customers.**MUST LIVE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTYRESPONSIBILITIES: Meet or exceed annual sales goals by developing and applying a territory-specific growth planProspecting on an ongoing basis. This includes but is not limited to cold calling, new client meetings, gaining referrals, attending networking events, and utilizing social media strategies.New customer onboarding monthlyIdentifying opportunities and increasing sales with existing customersDemonstrating superior customer service skills when interacting with all customers and prospectsParticipating in monthly and quarterly sales goal settingManaging a limited number of existing accountsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree preferredFoodservice experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work both independently and with multiple departments in an evolving, fast-paced environment.Energetic, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of designing and creating strong product content.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Strong time management skills.Experience and proficiency with Adobe Visual Suite and Microsoft applications. Produce industry experience is a plus.This is a very proactive role that requires an individual who is outgoing, motivated, assertive, goal-oriented, and personable. You will need to be a problem solver and results-driven to be successful.
