Lead Carpenter

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. **Duties:** - Work with the project manager to ensure the scope of work is followed. - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications - Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing windows and doors, building stairs, siding, and finishing work. Experience with flooring, framing, milwork, and cabinet installation. - Coordinate with subcontractors and other construction professionals - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Carpenter in a leadership role - Proficient in a wide range of carpentry skills and an understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, siding, painting, remodeling, roofing. - Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials - Ability to operate hand and power tools safely - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
