Celonis Process Consultant

Role: Celonis Process Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Only W2 Job Description: The Medical Digital Process Enablement Organization follows Client core value of innovation by transforming key business processes such as sales, distribution, logistics, procurement, and finance using digital process mining tools. Celonis being the main tool for this role, will use transactional data, master data and event data from our core enterprise systems to mine the business process and recognize both process inefficiencies and variations that hinder our growth. The Digital Process Enablement team will use these insights to surface improvement opportunities proactively, coach our business partners how best to implement improvements, and lead campaigns which ultimately improve the way we operate. This team will collaborate with our business teams to deliver value to our business across all elements of digital - data, process, people, and technology. What is expected of you and others at this level Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projectsParticipates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goalsRecommends new practices, processes, metrics, or modelsWorks on or may lead complex projects of large scopeProjects may have significant and long-term impactProvides solutions which may set precedentIndependently determines method for completion of new projectsReceives guidance on overall project objectivesActs as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Responsibilities: Create process mining tools, decision support solutions and high level dashboards leveraging various analytics technologies.Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of data analytics concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure successful project execution.Work with leaders and teams across different domains to ensure they adopt consistent approaches to driving business process improvements, leveraging the processes, tools, and capabilities availableIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.Deploy new processes, tools, and capabilities, supported with appropriate communication, training, and documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau etc.Intermediate to Advanced Experience with Celonis is requiredExperience in business process management across multiple functional areas (e.g., sales, distribution, logistics, procurement, and finance) (Preferred)Process discovery, design, modelling, and implementation experience in a Supply Chain environment (Preferred)Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of scheduleAbility to think strategically while also being attentive to detailsAn effective influencer that builds trust by demonstrating process and technical knowledge.Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to gain insights from data.
