Workers' Compensation Senior Underwriter

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Senior Underwriter. Key Responsibilities Analyze risks for new and renewal business to support underwriting objectives and profitability Ensure accurate and timely issuance of quotations, policies, and required documentation Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients while identifying new insurance opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience with industry designations Minimum of five years of insurance underwriting experience, preferably in workers' compensation Proficiency in underwriting skills with a track record of achieving financial and operational results Ability to work independently and establish effective relationships internally and externally Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced analytical skills for risk assessment
