Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste reduction initiatives. Drive KPI improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. Coach leaders and employees on Lean and problem-solving methodologies. Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce operating costs. Develop standard work and sustainment processes to ensure long-term results. Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams. Monitor project progress and communicate results to leadership. ODS update. Implement process change supported by Material, launch, OPS, Maintenance. QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. 5+ years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience. Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred. Strong project management, facilitation, and leadership skills. Excellent analytical, communication, change management abilities.
