Not only will you prepare lesson plans, but also partner with customers and internal members to implement training as well as maintain equipment in the cleanrooms and training facilities to ensure equipment availability for training and demonstrations.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your course development and training skills.\n\nThis position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.\n\nYour Impact\n\nConduct user training on Photolithography products both in-house and at customer sites\nProvide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses that includes but not limited to operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation aspects of Canon photolithography equipment\nDevelop new internal and external technical materials\nRevise existing internal and external technical materials to ensure technical materials are current and accurate\nVerify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs\nProvide detailed presentations on technical topics\nResponsible for operation, and maintenance of the training facilities and training equipment and preparation of the instructional site in the San Jose facility\nParticipate in discussion groups as needed, to share technical information and improve technical knowledge of less experienced colleagues\nContact customers to discuss training needs and acquire feedback from customers on current training programs and systems\n\nAbout You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring\n\nRequires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of related work experience\nSemiconductor equipment, maintenance knowledge preferred, photolithography equipment knowledge helpful\nPrior experience as a technical trainer preferred\nMay require up to 50% travel within the US (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
