Description Position Summary The SRM Analyst plays a critical role in advancing Asplundh's Strategic Sourcing function by combining Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), supply execution, and data-driven decision-making. This role is designed to elevate traditional procurement analyst responsibilities into a more strategic, forward-looking, and performance-driven function. The position is responsible for owning supplier performance, strengthening strategic vendor partnerships, optimizing supply continuity, and leveraging analytics to drive procurement outcomes. This role will serve as a key liaison between Strategic Sourcing, and suppliers-ensuring alignment with business objectives while continuously improving cost, quality, and service delivery. This position is expected to operate with a higher level of ownership, accountability, and influence, contributing directly to Procurement's transformation into a strategic, insight-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Supplier Relationship Management Analyst Serve as a primary owner of strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, accountability, and long-term valueEstablish and lead supplier performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviewsPartner with suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and service enhancementsIdentify and mitigate supply risks through proactive supplier engagement and market awareness Supply & Operational ExecutionOversee aspects of supply continuity and fulfillment performance, ensuring materials and services meet operational demandSupport and optimize the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency and transparencyAct as an escalation point for supplier-related issues, delivery challenges, and service disruptionsPartner with internal stakeholders (Operations, Fleet, Field Teams) to anticipate and align supply needs Data Analytics & InsightsAnalyze procurement, supplier, and spend data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support leadership decision-makingTranslate data into actionable recommendations that improve supplier performance and procurement outcomesSupport advanced analytics initiatives across procurement, including spend analysis and supplier optimization Strategic Sourcing & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with sourcing teams to support category strategies and supplier selection decisionsIdentify opportunities to standardize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce cost leakageDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on procurement workflows, supplier engagement, and system utilizationSupport implementation of new tools, processes, and procurement operating models Cross-Functional Leadership & InfluenceServe as a key partner to internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Supply functionsInfluence stakeholders and suppliers through data, insights, and strategic recommendationsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts or team members as neededRepresent Procurement in cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or analyticsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive decisionsProven experience in supplier relationship management, sourcing, or procurement operationsExperience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle) and reporting toolsPreferred Experience in SRM program development or supplier performance management frameworksCertification such as CPSM, CPM, or CIPSExperience supporting procurement transformation or process improvement initiativesKey Competencies (Elevated Expectations)Strategic Thinking & Business AcumenSupplier Relationship LeadershipData-Driven Decision MakingOperational Excellence & ExecutionInfluencing & Stakeholder ManagementContinuous Improvement MindsetAccountability & Ownership Benefits We offer a competitive range of benefits to support our employees' health, well-being, and financial security.
