Job Title: Storeroom Attendant – Integrated Supply Location: Jaffrey, NH, United States (Onsite) Job Type: Contract (6 Months, Potential for Extension/Conversion) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Storeroom Attendant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations at a customer site. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing materials, and performing cycle counts while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a customer-service mindset. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, tools, and equipment Verify shipments against invoices and report discrepancies or damages Accurately store items in designated locations (racks, shelves, bins) Issue tools, materials, and supplies to employees and maintain records Perform cycle counting (50%) and receiving activities (50%) Maintain inventory accuracy through data entry and record-keeping Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests Investigate and resolve missing or misplaced items Inspect tools/equipment for wear and report issues Deliver tools and materials to work areas as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and clean room protocols Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ months of warehouse or inventory experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and follow safety rules, work orders, and procedures Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Safety-conscious mindset Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required) Experience with inventory or ERP systems (e.g., MS Office, Vista, SX.e, Prophet 21) Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) Prior experience in supply chain or warehouse operations Work Environment & Physical Requirements Onsite warehouse/customer location May require working in a clean room environment (training provided) Must wear steel-toe shoes Frequent lifting, standing, walking, and material handling Additional Information This is a 6-month temporary assignment with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance and business needs Occasional overtime may be required Pay: $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Mention your E-mail address here Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Required) Inventory control: 1 year (Required) Cycle Count: 1 year (Required) RF scanner: 1 year (Required) Forklift: 1 year (Required) Load & unload: 1 year (Required) Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
