We are looking for competent Lot Security Officer to protect and prevent our property from vandalism, thefts, or other criminal activity. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation skill. The goal is to help our dealership in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free. Responsibilities Patrol premises regularly to deter individuals from stealing or damaging dealership property Make sure all exterior doors to make sure they are closed and secure Make sure all gates and lift arms are in the closed position Investigate people for suspicious activity Respond to alarms Provide assistance to customers who needed Monitor the entry of vehicles or individuals on our property Report any suspicious or criminal activities when necessary to the local authorities. Write detailed reports for any violation of company policy related security issues You must have a valid New York State drivers license Punctual, consistent, and reliable attendance is essential This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
