warehouse.\nPOSITION SPECIFICATIONS\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma\n2-year degree preferred\nExperience:\n2 years of agriculture and heavy equipment transportation a plus but not required\nWork Environment:\nOperation of semi-tractor trailer combination during all seasons and times of day\nFeed Mill environment\nNoise levels that require hearing protection in some areas\nSubject to adverse weather\nPhysical Requirements:\nStanding, walking and ability to be on feet 8 to 10 hours per day.\nFrequent bending, reaching, squatting and kneeling.\nFrequent use of one or both hands/arms to grasp or pull.\nFrequent lifting of objects weighing 3-20 pounds.\nOccasional bending while pulling and/or lifting objects weighing up to 100 pounds or requiring up to 100 pounds of force to move with the assistance of another person as needed.\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to attend and participate in meetings of various lengths.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work\nMust possess a CDL or have the ability to obtain
